• Please choose carefully as there is no refund or exchange on publications.
• All amounts in Australian dollars 

Step 3 – Calculate packing and postage

Printed documents only

Step 4 – Calculate total amount for publications, packing and postage

Step 5 – Complete delivery instructions

Allow two weeks for delivery

Step 6 - Forward completed form with cheque for full payment to:
