Committees- The Chairman of the Committee is a Board member who selects appropriately qualified industry personnel subject to Board endorsement
- Any member can nominate themselves or someone else for consideration
- Any member can present issues to the committees
- The Committees report to the members annually at the Common Interest Forum

Corporate Governance Committee The Corporate Governance Committee shall make recommendations to the NACMA Board on issues relating to: - Statutory obligations of members relating to grain trading activities
- Conduct advocacy role for grain industry to statutory organisations
- NACMA registration, accreditation and licensing programs relating to (a) and (b) above
- NACMA education and training issues, specifically those supporting accreditation and registration programs
